Ping Pong Connect Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ping Pong Connect. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone else without permission, or use another user's account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your Content
You own the content you post — photos, videos, text, and messages. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process (for example video transcoding), display, and distribute that content within the app so the service can work. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared with others who have not deleted it (for example a message you sent).
You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.
5. Community Rules — Prohibited Conduct
The following have no place in the app:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities where required).
- Violence, gore, or content that promotes self-harm.
- Impersonation of any person, club, or organization.
- Spam, scams, deceptive practices, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
- Posting other people's private information without consent.
- Deliberately false match results or manipulated ratings.
- Anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
6. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement
Every post, profile, and direct message can be reported from inside the app, and you can block any user. We review reports promptly and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms — with or without notice, at our discretion.

7. Clubs, Events, and Challenges
Clubs, events, and player challenges are organized by users. We do not run, endorse, or supervise real-world meetups, and you attend them at your own discretion and risk. Club information sourced from public map services is provided for convenience and may be inaccurate.
8. Third-Party Services
The app relies on third-party services (listed in the Privacy Policy) for sign-in, storage, video, search, and notifications. Their availability is outside our control, and parts of the app may not work when they are unavailable.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app — including anything that happens at user-organized events. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently zero).
11. Termination
You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms as described in Section 6. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses for content shared with others, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
