Common questions
- Reset your password: on the sign-in screen tap Forgot Password, then enter the 6-digit code we email you and choose a new password.
- Delete your account: open Settings in the app, or see the instructions at /delete-account on this site.
- Report a post or user: use the … menu on any post or profile and choose Report.
- Video upload issues: check your connection speed and keep the app open while uploading — videos finish processing in the background and appear shortly after.
